Chu Chu Rocket! japan GamePlay:

"Chu Chu Rocket!" is a puzzle video game developed by Sonic Team and originally released for the Sega Dreamcast in 1999. It was later ported to the Game Boy Advance (GBA) in 2001 in Japan, and in other regions shortly after. In the game, players must guide mice (called "chu chus") through various obstacles and hazards to reach their goal while avoiding cats ("kapu kapus"). The gameplay involves placing arrows on the ground to direct the chu chus' movements and create a safe path to the goal. The GBA version of the game features both single-player and multiplayer modes, which can be played using a link cable with up to three other players.
