Dig Dug II is a classic arcade-style video game developed by Namco and released for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) in 1986. It is the sequel to the original Dig Dug game and features similar gameplay mechanics, but with added elements such as island hopping and underwater exploration. The objective of the game is to defeat all the enemies on each level by digging tunnels, inflating them until they burst, or dropping rocks on them. The game also includes a two-player mode where players take turns trying to outscore each other.
