Empire Strikes Back is a video game released for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) in 1992, based on the Star Wars film of the same name. It is an action platformer in which the player controls Luke Skywalker as he navigates through various levels to ultimately confront Darth Vader. The game features power-ups and weapons, including a lightsaber and blaster, and includes boss battles with notable characters from the film such as Boba Fett and AT-AT walkers.
