Metal Mech GamePlay:

Metal Mech is a side-scrolling action game developed by Jaleco for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) in 1990. In the game, the player controls a giant transforming robot that can switch between a humanoid form and a tank form. The objective is to battle through levels filled with enemy robots and obstacles, using a variety of weapons and abilities to defeat bosses and progress through the game. Metal Mech also features a two-player cooperative mode where two players can control separate robots simultaneously.
