Mortal Kombat 4 is a fighting game developed by Midway Games and released for the Nintendo 64 in 1998. It is the fourth installment in the Mortal Kombat series and features new 3D graphics, gameplay mechanics, and characters. The game includes a story mode where players fight through a series of battles to reach the final boss, as well as a multiplayer mode where two players can battle against each other. Mortal Kombat 4 also introduces new finishing moves called "Fatalities" and "Brutalities" which allow players to defeat their opponents in gruesome ways.
